1. For avoidance of doubt, Rebate Voucher for this promotion is only applicable for CARSOME Vehicle Trade-in transactions.

2. This Promotion shall not be applicable with other ongoing promotions that offer discounts or rebate on the purchase price of any Carsome Vehicle unless otherwise stated.

3. In the event that the Promotional Benefits become unavailable for any reason, then the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Promotional Items with other promotional items

of similar value. The Organizer makes no representation IN relation to the availability of the Promotional Benefits.

4. The Promotional Benefits may not be redeemed or exchangedfor cash. The Promotional Benefits awarded will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Promotional Benefits are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution will bellowed except, at the Organizer's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater monetary value may be substituted.

5. The Promotional Benefits may not be refundable and/or transferable to another vehicle in the event of Money Back Guarantee or switch of vehicle after installation of ancillary.

6. CARSOME Vehicle means the selected lists of referred Vehicle models to be listed at the sole discretion of the Organiser during the Promotion Period.

7. The sale and purchase of any CARSOME Vehicle shall be further subjected to additional terms and conditions and transactional documents that shall be determined by the Organizer.
