This is my second time buying through CARSOME, and my Sales Advisor was very helpful. However, communication within the team can be improved. I was supposed to collect my car in Setiawangsa, but it was sent to Penang instead, which delayed the process and affected the time I received the car. Because of that, I had to wait for home delivery and only got the car around 3 a.m. Despite this, it doesn’t affect my trust in CARSOME, and I’m still open to using your service again in the future. Better coordination would make the experience even smoother.
